Do you have experience with similar occupation or action situations?
→ If yes, what has worked in the past, what has not?
→ If no, what are questions for people with experience?

Do you have fears/worries (repression, violence, stress)?
→ What does it take for these fears not to slow you down?
→ What info/experience do you lack with sources of fear? Do other people have them?

Do you know what you need in stressful action situations?
→ If yes, what (what not)?
→ If no, how can you figure out what you need? What else do you do when you are stressed?

How can I defuse interpersonal stressful situations?

What do I do when I have cabin fever?

How far am I willing to go in the action?
→ Do I have all the materials for it?
→ Is everyone else willing to go as far as I am?

Does my reference group match me (action level, confidence, etc.)?

Memorize a few breathing exercises together to avoid collapsing during extreme stress.
(e.g. 4-7-8 → breathe in through nose for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds, breathe out for 8 seconds).
